Import bitmap/company logo into a schematic sheet?

Is it possible to import a logo like a .png or .jpg onto a schematic sheet?
There is a mention that bitmaps can be imported into a header block but there's no info on how this would be done.
Is it only possible in a header block or also elsewhere on a sheet?
