Internal Flash (HEF) writing saved in persistant model data ?

Discussion on both general simulation and Proteus VSM microcontroller simulation.

Internal Flash (HEF) writing saved in persistant model data ?

Post by chimimic »

Hi,

In simple circuit with 12F1572, when writing to internal "user" flash (range 0780h-07FFh), values changes are taken acount during a simulation, but not between 2 simulations.

Does this function (Internal Flash modifications saving in persistant model data) implemented in Proteus ?

Thanks,
Remy

The high-endurance flash memory range won't save persistent data between adjacent simulations.
Flash locations in such the particular range get initialized to 0x3FFF, exactly as per the whole flash memory space.
Kind regards,
