Pick Device Search engine don't show symbol if exact found

When searching a component through SamacSys or SnapEda, component symbol and footprint are not (and can't be) shown if the exact search string is found AND if there is only one search result.

Example :

• Search "MAX4372TEUK+T" show ONE result that is auto-selected -> symbol and footprint viewers are not updated (but component download is possible). Item can't be unselected and re-selected, so viewers can't be updated

• Search "MAX4372TEUK+" show THREE result and the first item "MAX4372TEUK+" (exact search result) is auto-selected -> symbol and footprint viewers are not updated, but we can select "MAX4372TEUK+T" and in this case viewers are correctly updated, showing symbol and footprint

Seems that item auto-select is not followed by an "OnClic event".

Noted. Quick workaround is to select another category in the category filter before moving back to (All Categories).
