Missing VSM Debug icons

Hey Folks, I've managed to lose the toolbar icons for single step/step into/over etc.
Menu selection works fine, as do the Fn keys.. annoying as hell, happens in all projects I open now.

Was working fine earlier today. This is a licensed copy 8.12 SP0.

I've been mail bombing Jon and I feel badly about it - seems like the flow I want to use isn't common. Specifically, I dont embed the sources because I want to use a more powerful IDE, but doing so means the project is no longer portable - clicking 'embed' on and off has all kinds of interesting and unexpected side effects.

Any suggestions on how to fix it would be welcome.

As far as I can see, this is a bug introduced by 8.12. This will be fixed in the 8.13 or, possibly, with a 8.12 service pack.
