I made a element 8253 following the help, but I do not know how to set the properties of the 8253? How to set the timer and counter?

I assume you are saying that you have drawn the element and now you want to simulate it?

You have to contact Labcenter with your license info, sign a non-disclosure agreement, and they will send you the instructions on how to create a simulatable device.

I have done the above, but have not yet gotten around to creating any models and wouldn't be any help in that department!
