Im trying to cascade 2x4017 and i want to obtain the same functionality as it was a single IC.
When they are cascading, the functionality changes.
The solution is to cut the power off when is not used.
I looked into ProteusVSMSDK.pdf and from there I could find other possible power changes so I changed my 4017 properties as:
{PACKAGE=DIL16}
{MODFILE=4017}
{VOLTAGE=0.1V} //to cut it off
{ITFMOD=MMOS} // other power solution
But... nothing works.
Again, I dont want to modify the TTL default power supply, I only want my chips to be cut off from my circuit logic.
Thank you.
How to cut on/off Power supply of an IC?

Please attach the Proteus project file here (the file with extention pdsprj), so that we can see what you're attempting to do.
Without it we cannot help you.
