Item missing from menu

I have a project with multiple schematics however I have just one PCB layout. I need to add more PCB layout designs to the project and there should be an option on the File menu "New Board" to add extra PCB designs but it isn't there. I don't understand why there is something missing from the menu, are there menu variations based on purchased level of the program?

The option is in the PCB Layout > File menu, Are you looking in the Schematic File menu?
