Search in layout pdf

Hi.
I would like to make pdf prints of component layouts that are searchable by component. It doesent work.
It works if I use the same pdf printer to print schematict. Have tried several pdf printers. No luck.

Hi Rudy,

This is possible if you are not using Vector fonts. Change your Default font to be Arial for example:

Vector fonts are made out of graphics, which PDF's don't recognise as they are not True Type Fonts.
