Strange issue, help needed....

Following my pcb redesign task, I wanted to put all 3 pcb's which I have in separate files into the one file. I have created new empty file, then copied schematic to new file and nice new page for it.
Then I wanted to copy pcb design and all labels gone crazy. Pasting pcb layout to new fila changed all components parts references and values, to be precise they are randomly assigned... The effect is that complet board is mess due to missing components.
Any reason for that?

Exporting as project clips is a better way to try and do this, assuming you want it to be all on a single layout. This will require each component project to have a single schematic page.
