ARES crashes when trying to run differential pair on inner layer

Hello,

I am trying to run my differential pair on Inner 1. Once I have my vias that drop into L1, I click Differential Pair Mode. Then I change the layer to Inner 1. Once I click on the via I get an Internal Exception with the ARES.DLL. I need help overcoming this so I can finish routing my board.

I am running Release 8.16 SP3 (Build 36097)
