Why are some rows grey and some not?

Hi guys, simple Q. What is the significance of a grey row vs a white one when in sorting your package and pins out?

Hi Danny,

It is intended / attempts to do two things 1) be Alternate for easy viewing reasons and 2) identify where it thinks there are busses.

Understood. Just an idea, it might be better if it always simply alternate row colours rather than mixing two functions into one. The current implementation came across as either a bug or something I did wrong in setting up the device.
