Odd. It works to me after replacing.
Rebuild your code project and then rerun it.

Hold on..... It does work...

I didn't specify a drive when I reinstalled... I had two copies.. I replaced the one on the C drive.. Now its okay.

Ok. This alleviates your problem but we now have to find what's broken the debugger.
