In 8.14 SP1, the CADCAM output producing RS274X generates a drill drawing with the filename GBR (and no other clue as to its nature), regardless of the filestem provided. All other CADCAM output files are correctly named, and the file itself is coherent when previewed. It's not a problem for me since I don't tend to use drill drawings in practice.
Just a thought while I'm at it, please could you have the option of generating a separate edge/outline layer as well as the options of including the board outline on other layers? It seems a shame to have to render another layer not useable in order to generate a separate outline layer.
