Break point does not work - microship studio

Hi,
Recently I went to modify a software developed on the Microchip Studio platform (formerly AVR Studio) and i noticed that it was not possible to use the break point feature.
There are no more buttons (at the top right of the screen) for the insertion of break points. The commands regarding breakpoint, under mouse’s right button, do not work too.
Could you plese verify what is going wrong?

nce the corrections is tanking a long time and there are things to do here, I would like to downgrade the tool, if possible, to a version that support the ATMEGAuP simulation.

You might try out with Proteus 8.11 SP1. To downgrade you have to uninstall the version installed in your PC before, so if you created any new projects with that Proteus release then they could be unreadable with any old Proteus version. Also, it's a quite good idea creating a backup of LIBRARY and MODELS folders in the C:\ProgramData\Labcenter Electronics\Proteus 8 Professional directory. (ProgramData is an hidden directory)

A different option would be a fresh installation of the 8.11 SP1 to another machine, if you have it one available.

How to get the 8.11 SP1?
What about the license? Do i have to use the current one?
Once you fix the issue and I back to my main machine could I have problems with the license?

In despite of the installation of the new 8.13 SP1, I cannot deal with break points during the simulation yet.
When do you intend to solve this issue?

8.13 SP1 should have fixed the issue with the breakpoints.

Now we are using the version (8.14 SP0 build 32496) and we continue to have problems with the break points.

Additionally, the response of comm ports add the codes 0x19 and 0x20 at the beginning of every message for example:

The expected response should be: 3e 4f 4b 2ª 30 37 37 34 == >OK,*0774

But what we get is: 20 19 3e 4f 4b 2ª 30 37 37 34 ==space . >OK,*0774
When the same software is downloaded to the hardware, the commports work fine. So, we conclude that it is something annoying thing from Proteus.

Is Proteus losing its capability to emulate?
