How to make PH sensor device model

I want to make a PH sensor device model.
input PH 0 to 14 step 0.1
output differential voltage 3.6v to 1v

how can i find a tutorial to learn make a SIMPLE simulable model?

In order to learn how an active component is made you may want to decompose the device MCP9700, which is barely similar to what you were searching for.
As for the model, the main question to answer is: have you some skill in making SPICE models? If not, then you will need much more than a simple tutorial.
