7107 simulation problems?

Post by fennelly »

Has anyone tried to simulate the 7107 A/D converter?

I tried it this evening - I can not get the display to illuminate. The pins that drive the cathodes of the 7 Seg displays are always grey.

I have played around with different connections including tying the test pin to +5V, which should illuminate all segments. Nothing happens to the displays.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Please can you either post or E-mail your test case. If you wish to E-mail the design, please send to support@labcenter.co.uk.

Kind regards,

Confirmed. I have fixed the simulation model to work with common anode displays.
Look at the 'Bug Reports" section for fixed model and test case.
