Hi Rob, It is saved in a so called compatibility mode, and there is a conversion performed to a "local 8-bit encoding". It will definitely corrupt the text if your local Windows code page doesn't have those characters. You need to change the system locale in the Region and Language setting...

There are always not documented features which can be used by the programmers. However...

It looks like Keil have abandoned older ARM families in their compiler. You have to install version 4 compiler, which supported them.
