Here is a small program I ripped from a larger assembler program. It was not removed cleanly, so there are a few extra subroutines that are not needed. When running, it will toggle back between displaying *Mobility Lab*" and displaying the sampled barometric pressure . I was using a smaller LCD...

I'm at work and do not have access to my code, but yes, I believe I do all those things with the exception of letting the LCD warm up. I will check tonight.

What kind of LCD is your code driving? I have had good success simulating with the HD44780-based alpha-numeric LCD modules
