If you don't have an account registered with componentsearchengine (or remove it from the registry) then there will be no identifiable logging.
However, I agree a way to disable completely (short of firewall config, pulling out network cable etc.) make sense and we'll raise a case for that.

Re: layer swap ?
There isn't directly a swap layers command but it's a good suggestion. Here's an uglier method that might work if it's only tracks that are being moved. Save as a testing copy first. 1) Change stackup temporarily to be 10 layer to give you a temporary copper layer. 2) Go to Inner 1, select the entir...

Re: How can I run traces over NC pins?
The pins really should be be connected on the schematic accordingly as Proteus will not allow connections to pins specified as Not Connected. All of the NC pins are assigned to the NC net so you are effectively trying to join two nets together. If you absolutely had to do it entirely in the layout y...

Or you have auto-zone re-generation / quick draw zones options wrong. Check System -> Set Zones; auto-zone regeneration should be on and quick draw zones should be off.

Re: DXF Import Advice please
I'm by no means an expert on this but I believe the DXF format allows the exported to specify units - some do and some don't.
Might be worth casting your eye over any export options to see if this is available. Meanwhile, I'll ask someone here who knows more about the format to look over the thread.

Re: DXF Import Advice please
I think the problem originates from the DXF file not containing units and then the importer likely making the wrong guess.
If you send the file to support @ labcenter.com someone can take a look for you.

Proteus Library Part Import.
Our library part vendors have all recently been approached by Mentor Graphics who have objected to the direct export of library parts in the PADS ASCII format for use with Proteus. You may notice therefore that Proteus is temporarily removed as a supported tool on the SnapEDA, Ultra-Librarian and Sa...

Re: Clearing netlist keeping power planes
Actually, in case it matters, the zones were previously connected to nets having automatic names (like #00007) That does matter quite a lot. Auto-named nets are not guaranteed to get the same name/number when the netlist is re-created meaning that the connectivity to the zone could change completel...

Re: ISO 9001
All of the off-PCB information specified in the technology menu forms what we call the technology data block. This can be saved into a template (bottom of technology menu) and any boards you then create from the template will acquire all of the technology settings. You can either do this or you can ...

Re: DRC problem with edge rule
I haven't seen the board but one thing that you could try is to place a DRC room around the problem area and then define a rule inside the room that turned off edge clearance.

I think you want to use Output Menu -> Set Output Origin to set the 'real origin' to location of choice.

Re: Cortex M4 Support
Thanks for your interest. We have actually just completed our initial Cortex-M4 support based around STM32F401 and expect this to be released in the next service pack release. ETA 1-2 weeks. It's a little early for us to make decisions on future variant development but I'll certainly make a note of ...

Place a second zone of the required size using the zone tool (not the menu command) and set the zone type to be empty.
This feature requires PCB L2 or higher.

Re: Backup/workspace file locations
It's not a great idea to disturb this because the backups replace existing backups and the software can attempt to recover from backup where it exists in the project directory. If you really want to you can manage this with a simple batch file. Maybe something like move c:\FilesToBeBackedUp\*.pdsbak...

Could you not do this with a design rule room and then set a pad->trace rule inside the room ?
