Export Registry settings
Still waiting for you guys to add a feature to be able to export ALL settings to a file.
There are times when I use my desktop and work & at home, and the settings dont follow the project.
Things like colors, grid snaps and so on.

8.16 SP0 Track mode issues
With this new release, I can click on a trace width I want, but many times when I start the trace is not using that size but another. The only way I can get around this issue is to click the size, then start the trace anywhere that is not connected to a pin or pad. Auto trace style selection is NOT ...

Importing parts from other software
I want to import parts using this site. But have been unsuccessful with a couple I have tried. In all the years of owning Proteus, today was the first time trying to import a part and I have to say, I was SHOCKED that it's so basic as to not have all the major players out there able to import them. ...

Re: Problems when upgrading
Yes, It was a typo on my part.I think you'll find that there is no v8.15... only v8.15 beta.
If you roll back one version, you have to be using v8.14 SP3, which is incompatible with v8.15 beta saved files.

Re: Problems when upgrading
If this is the case, please send your projects in, as 8.15 Beta should be able to open all projects new and old! Regards, Dave. No need. you can try it this yourself. Run v8.15 and create a PCB. then upgrade to v8.15 BETA and open it. Make one change and save it. Then try to open it on v8.15 and yo...

Re: Working from two locations
It's ok now. I have decided this will be out last year with Labcenter. They have had more than enough time to get things right over the last several years. @ $350 a pop for our several licenses is just not worth it any longer. They still dont allow you to save all your settings externally, and so mu...

Problems when upgrading
So I installed 8.15 BETA a couple days ago, and there was issues for me. I wanted to roll back but there is no option for that? Crazy huh... Worst yet, uninstalling and reinstalling v8.14 SP3 went fine, but the 3 PCB files I spend days on I cannot open in v8.15. Labcenter, Is is absolutely insane th...

True, you can. But close your project and re-open it and its unchecked again. You can set the routing to follow the Grid snap by going to Technology Menu > Set Grid snaps and checking the following box:

Working from two locations
Lately, I have been working from home, and at work. It's causing a total nightmare keeping the library's, new pads & new parts created in sync at each location working on a project.
Is there a portable version of Proteus that I can put on a USB stick, or some other method to keep things in sync ?

Proteus vs Others just Pondering...
So I have been a paying customer for over 10 years now. Recently I have been wondering why I am paying over $300 per seat for all these years when now there are quite a few free ones out there. Don't get me wrong, I like Proteus, but the large cost per seat is causing me to question if I should stic...

eMMC part, trying to understand BGA size and traces
I have to work with a new part that is one of the smallest I have had to deal with. I am having a hard time getting my head around just how small the balls are and how in the world someone would route this with vias and traces sizes that seem absurdly small. Anyone have any good recommendations on v...

But how can I know what the temp is of the different parts when the simulation is running? I want to see the MOSFET temp with different load currents.
